Military intervention is how the Union should react to wars that happen to members and sometimes only non-members. It can go as far as pressing for peace too full out war with the attacking nation except in the case of members. To gain military intervention except in the case of members being attacked from non-members the S.C. decides to if they should, the G.A. can veto, if not the S.C. decides how, and then the G.A. can vote if they like it or not, if not the S.C. must change it.
Now if a member nation attacks a nation they cannot call for help from the Union and receive a penalty which is decided by the G.A.
If a member is attacked they can call in the Union for help.
If a member is called in from an ally for help they do not get a penalty but can't call for help from the Union
If a member attacks a member the S.C. decides which side to support but the attacker receives a severe penalty
If the warring nations diplomatically decide the dispute both are rewarded
If a member of the S.C. is attacked it is an immediate declaration of war for all members
If the G.A. votes to intervene with non-members then the S.C. decides what to do.
Non-members can ask for support but the G.A. must vote on it. then the S.C. decides how.
If members cannot physically attack then they temporarily must break all treaties and break all contact until the war ends
If an S.C. member declares war they have a 3 month probation off of the S.C.
