The General Assembly are all the members not on the Security Council and vote on resolutions. The G.A. can also vote for new resolutions and can request to be on the S.C. also they vote on new applicants if they are not vetoed by the S.C. (see Security Council page for more info). Also they can voice complaints and how they think how military intervention should be used in a particular sitution. If a 2/3 majority wants a specific military intervention to be used it is presented to the S.C. for discussion. They can also ask for usage of the Union currency. They also can ask for changes in how things work and give suggestions. They also vote on new Resolutions and changes in how things work. And other basic things.
